yeah, reach back to the beginning of the season when lsu had a game cancelled, played their first game on the road against a ranked team who had already played a game. oh and btw, msu has the 3rd best offense in the conference and the best qb.

by contrast, bama struggled at home against a team that is now south of .500 two weeks ahead of the most important matchup of the year against a team that is improving each week.

good post

I think I understand what you're saying. So the LSU almost loss to MSU is better than the Bama almost loss to Tennessee?

Dak averaged 9.9 passing and 9.0 rushing for over 450 yards.

I don't think WKU's offense is considerably better than Tennessee's. They were basically shut down by Vandy and lit up a bunch of garbage defensive teams since up until last night.

That "best defense" gave up 20 to a cupcake team in a monsoon.

Fwiw, Doughty only passed for 209 yards on 30 attempts vs. Vandy. Higher ypa than against y'all, but I don't think anyone should be calling him the nations best QB when Paxton Lynch is still playing.

so you caught up. good.

state is looking like a pretty solid team. tenn, not so much. moreover, the timing would suggest that one game (bama/tenn) is significantly more relevant than the other (lsu/state). plus lsu just looked pretty stout in a slopfest against a team with a top 5 passing attack nationally who has been just outside the top 25 and may end up there.

i get the impression you don't understand what this does to a football game. rain has forever been universally recognized as an equalizer. even so, lsu still looked pretty tough.

let's face it, tenn is just not good by sec standards. hence, the sub .500 record.

Not surprising. Dak is best in the conference.
