This is not some new concept. Every conference without a 2 division split has co-champions. The AAC has 3 co-champions. Tiebreakers like Head to Head are for bowl tie ins but they are still co-champions

Fla St is the undefeated, defending BCS Champ, who just happened to break The Streak last year. I know its supposed to be based on this year only but I think they deserve a little off-the-books love.

I agree that I want them left out because the commissioner ignored bylaws and playing games. I will laugh if both miss out.

They played under the pressure of a true conf championship game and delivered in a big way. Defeated Wisconsin and Michigan State. Big 10 is stronger than Big XII in my opinion.

They are barely undefeated, and probably should have been beaten in at least 3 games this season, and their conference isn't exactly the toughest. They barely beat GA Tech tonight while everyone else blew out their opponents. ... W-L record should not be the lone factor, or even the most weighted in determining the top 4. Strength of conference, strength of schedule, OOC games all should be equally considered. ...
