I certainly wouldn't call them "least Southern", but UGA and Auburn get tons of kids from Atlanta, where I live. People here are from everywhere with a lot from the Northeast. It's natural for their kids to be non-Southern, even though they might have been born and raised in Georgia.

UGA is mostly full of kids from the Atlanta's white suburbs and depending upon who you talk to, aren't from the South.
