Would be huge for the Titans

14. Indianapolis Colts - Cam Robinson, OT (Alabama)

In a fairly weak OL draft, I could see Cam being the first off the board. He didn't have a stellar year, but they will love the 35.5" arm length. And he does move fairly well

Very good tackler, PFF had him the #1 CB in the country last season.

Here's their scouting report

quote:

Improved tremendously in coverage from 2015 to 2016. His NFL passer rating allowed dropped from 114.4 to 60.6, his touchdowns allowed dropped from six to three, and his completion percentage allowed dropped from 57.7 percent to 41.7 percent.

Really solid tackler in 2016, especially for a defensive back. Missed just five tackles, ranking in the top 21 percent of all cornerbacks with at least 500 defensive snaps this year.

Outside of the A&M game had a great season. After 2015 there was a lot of doubt surrounding him so he came back for senior year and just showed out.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

If I were Myles Garrett, I'd have a talk with my agent. Tell them to get on the phone with some other NFL teams to trade up to get me!

I know the regular season was almost done before White gave up his first pass over 10 yards. That is awesome.

Unless Tre White clocks a 4.9 50, he will go in Rd 1

Looks like another down year in the SEC.

If Carl Lawson doesn't get drafted in the first three rounds I'll porn bomb the draft thread.

Should go in the first but I am not surprised by anything on draft day.

4th Round

Walter Camp is extremely down on both Montravius Adams + Carl Lawson

Kiper says Lawson falls to RD 2 only because of durability,

"When Carl Lawson is healthy and he's out there playing at a high-level he looks like a top 15 pick; but the durability concerns are there."

Walter Football's mock drafts are fun but they horribly inaccurate most of the time.

If I were Myles Garrett, I'd go on a three day bender with Manziel. He gets to enjoy himself and have character issues that will drop him from the #1 spot. Win-win.

As are most all mock drafts because they exist purely for fan entertainment.

Lawson threw up 35 reps on bench. That couldn't hurt his draft position.

Lawson was good coming out of high school. I remember being impressed by the tape. Obviously, things beyond his control, like injuries and problematic scheming, limited what he could do in college, but he absolutely has first-round potential.

Two things:

1. I hope Jamal Adams falls to Buffalo. He's going to anchor a defense the next decade.
2. Alvin Kamara is going to be a pro bowl player. I think he finds his way into the 1RD

I agree he very well may be a pro bowler but I still don't think he makes it into the first. There's just so much talent at more premium positions this year.
