There were more LSU fans who picked their team to go undefeated than the number of fans who picked them to lose more than 1 game.

Current snapshot of predictions over on TR
10-1
12-1
9-3
9-3
7-5
10-2
10-2
10-2

A lot of 9-3 as well, but they are mocking anyone who says losses outside of bama...

I was only a 3rd quarter against Ole Miss away. Damn you 3rd quarter!

It's strange why LSU thought they were going to be good last year when they wanted Miles fired

No....
It's more about who we are....
Happily optimistic people.
We enjoy life....football is only one season in the year.
We celebrate every season, festival, and Mardi Gras every year.

I've been predicting The Saints to win the Super Bowl every year since 1967....
I was right!

Florida finished 8-3, but since they were forced to cancel their rent-a-win against Presbyterian, I counted predictions of 9-3 for the regular season as correct.

Why not do that for LSU as well?

I can't say I'm surprised that no one predicted LSU to have to cancel a game for the second year in a row.

Several of us would have hit the mark if we didn't run a toss sweep to short side of the field with our smallest player against Vandy...

Or if Tennessee didn't complete a Hail Mary. Or if we didn't blow a 13 point lead in the 4th quarter against Tech.

Most of us thought 8-4 or 9-3 with a couple double digit win predictions sprinkled in there. Think we did a pretty decent job in all honesty.

Is that why y'all wanted to fire Miles for half a decade?

This is for regular season record. The Vols went 8-4. Not a single Vol poster was within a game of their actual record, each of them predicting more wins than they actually had.

Well every LSU fan predicted double digit wins so your point doesn't change anything.

Exactly one person out of the 71 responses predicted LSU to lose more than two games.

Remind me again how many losses LSU finished the season with. TIA.
