Is the most embarrassed I've ever been as an LSU fan. For us to give that performance with as much hype as there was for this game is truly astounding and shocking. Everyone knows Les is stubborn but last nights offensive game plan was Hitler arrogant! Gumps have every right to crow but I will NEVER believe that's how that game should have played out.

you're blind. while y'all were running your mouth we knew we would shut y'all down. This Bama team wins 9 out of 10 games against that LSU team last night.

Maybe 7/10.

Alabama just played with more passion and our OL came out flat.

you guys are always blaming something on the loss - your OL got dominated and so did your RB, QB, DB'S, LB'S, DL, Coaches, trainers, and ball boys.

QB and RB are dependent on the OL and the OL got wrecked.

Defense held their own for awhile but wore down when Henry repeatedly dragged his nuts over their faces.

Bama DL played with their dicks on fire and our OL were scared. It happens. Offense was key to this game and they failed.

If they had gotten wrecked half of the time, I'd might give you the benefit of the doubt. But they were wrecked on almost EVERY frickING PLAY.

Even the big plays you picked up passing Harris took shots or was close to being sacked.

This is just amazing... he now thinks that LSU would win 3 out of 10 games against this Alabama team, and the only difference between the teams was "passion" vs "flat." I mean no insult when I say that this is simply an exercise in self delusion and surely cannot be based on watching the physical domination that occurred yesterday.

Here is my prediction based on living own here for 35 years.

With two weeks the Tr will have a consensus that LSU could have won that game if just one two plays had clicked, AND if a couple of bad calls had not been made, if only they had thrown, or ran, or optioned, or punted more or at different times.

Four weeks from now the consensus will be that LSU was just as good as Alabama and were not dominated, they just had some bad breaks when the receiver took the wrong route allowing that interception... and that is the only thing that decided an otherwise tight game.

Six weeks from now the consensus will be that LSU was the superior team and it was because the SEC headquarters is in Birmingham, and Alabama did not cover the field with a tarp, and because Tide cheated leaping over the line to block the extra point that caused the loss.

The only thing that will stop the coming re-write of history are a couple of more losses which are unfortunately likely to come.

Why do you care so much about how LSU fans are responding to the loss?

Don't know about that 7/10 figure.

Not giving you hell here, but read the response, posted earlier today in another thread, given by T-Bob Hebert. He was actually dead on.

Les built that game plan around his power and strength--LF7. It is nearly impossible to just totally shift gears in mid game and totally change the game plan to pass with efficiency. I think Les was really caught between a rock and a hard place. I believe he was just hoping LF7 would have just one break out run giving the Tigers a bit of gas they desperately needed. It just never happened.

If the offensive line played with a pulse then LSU would've been in the game. It's not like our OL isn't strong enough or not athletic enough. There's three 5 star guys on that line and there was no excuse for them coming out flat.

At least Hubert Owens was there to make sure the game was called right down the middle.

For me, mainly due to how they responded to the leadup to the game.

21-0 was much worse.
