If the ACC wins the next 150 or so games without a loss against the SEC, they could tie things up. Might make their conference look almost respectable. On the bright side for Clemson, they personally would only have to win their next 50 or so games against the SEC to tie things up. Dare to dream, bumpkins. Dare to dream.
Wait, a VANDY guy mouthing off about the SEC?
hahahahahahaha, sounds like a little brother mouthing off while standing behind his big brothers.
Hell, GT beat the shite out of y'all. Gt has 5 more SEC championships than you will ever have and we left in 1964.

Clemson fans have such insecure fans. They search for SEC forums and make accounts for them to gain acceptance from teams on a message board they claim are overrated and they are better than LMAO

Things BAMA has given Clemson:
Of the eight coaches Clemson has had since 1940, six have had Alabama ties: Frank Howard, Cecil Ingram, Charley Pell, Danny Ford, Tommy Bowden and Dabo Swinney.
Howard, Ingram, Pell, Ford and Swinney played at Alabama before eventually becoming coaches at Clemson. Bowden was an assistant coach at Alabama.
The connection starts with Howard, who was an offensive lineman for the Crimson Tide from 1928-30. Howard was the offensive line coach at Clemson for eight years (1931-39) before taking over head coaching duties in 1940.
Ingram, who starred at Alabama from 1952-54, was an All-SEC defensive back in 1952. He became Clemson’s coach in 1970, lasted until 1972.
After playing guard and defensive tackle at Alabama from 1961-63, Pell transitioned into coaching as a graduate assistant at Alabama. He was the defensive coordinator at Clemson in 1976 before becoming head coach in 1977-78.
Ford, an offensive tackle at Alabama from 1967-69, spent more than a decade as Clemson’s head coach (1978-89). He delivered the Tigers their lone national championship in 1981.
Bowden was Alabama’s wide receivers coach from 1987-89. He became Clemson’s head coach in 1999 and stayed until 2008.
It was Bowden who hired Swinney as Clemson’s assistant head coach and wide receivers coach in 2003. Swinney replaced Bowden midway through the 2008 season.
Swinney was a walk-on at Alabama in 1990. After college, the Pelham native worked as a graduate assistant (1993-95) at Alabama before serving as the receivers and tight ends coach (1996-2000).
Howard also started your Howard's Rock tradition.

I do believe he was talking about this year.
You knew that, right? Please tell me you realized that.
And if losing the National Championship by "only" 5 points is a moral victory for you, then go ahead and celebrate.

What's the largest SEC win over an ACC school? Might happen if Alabama and Clemson play.
Ummm, I seriously doubt that. Clemson ain't no Syracuse or Virginia.

Well, I know Auburn beat Clemson 56-0 in 1921, so the SEC has beaten the ACC....again.

Was the Clemson win over South Carolina last night
Previous record was the Clemson win over South Carolina in 2003. 63-17
And don't believe everything you read on Twitter. That is not true, either. there was a larger margin of victory, but I will let you do the leg work. It took me 5 minutes to find a bigger margin of victory. Oh, and Clemson wasn't involved.

Did you know that the ACC was the last conference to lose a championship game. More specifically, Clemson was the last team to lose a championship game.

SC pulls the SEC card more than any other fan base in the SEC.
"We just lost to Clemson in arguably the worst game this rivalry has seen since fricking 1900, but at least we're in the SEC, bro!"
What Carolina fan thinks like this? Who gives a frick if you're in the SEC if you're not winning? The SEC name doesn't make the teams, the teams make the SEC. Period. Sure you get some recruiting perks with that, but that's it. I won't ever say that we're a power in this conference until we actually start winning again, whenever that may be. It'd be like Vanderbilt fans bragging about being in the SEC...or 2016 Missouri. The bragging means nothing if you're not winning anything.

In the end though, this right here is what happens when Clemson recruits and Spurrier gets lazy on and off the field. The state of South Carolina has great football talent and we gave the state back to Clemson. We were great because of a lot of that in-state talent. Jadeveon Clowney, Marcus Lattimore, Bruce Ellington, Alshon Jeffery...imagine if those players went to Clemson instead of South Carolina. That's what's happening right now. Spurrier had a chance to do the unthinkable here and he dropped the ball mid-way (no pun intended). Now we're in rebuilding years that might not even pay off at all.
