From the sound of it, if he can keep his mouth shut before the UT and UF games, he should be fine.

I actually think he could be a pleasant surprise at OC for Bama fans. When he doesn't have the distractions of being HC, he has a pretty damned good football legacy behind him.

You mean when he's coaching a roster stacked with talent. Which he has here and I agree he will be fine.

I am excited about Kiffin, coker on the other hand... It's going to be really close between him and Blake sims. If Blake had 2 years left, I don't think there would be much of a competition. But considering a 1 year qb, we are going to be in the same situation a year from now breaking in another inexperienced qb. Whoever plays best in the opener, sims will start and both will get an equal shot just like aj and Phillip sims got.

we will be fine

qb = wash
rb = wash
wr = wvu advantage
OL = Bama advantage and a big one that I'm concerned about
DL = wash
LB = wash
DBs = wvu other than Landon, your secondary is pitiful

Kicker = wvu has the best in the game with Lambert

Coaching: Obviously gumps have the advantage

I lol'd.

With Alabama always in the top 5 in D, I just want to see him get them in the top 20 nationally in offense and hopefully in the top 3-5 in the SEC. With the offensive talent at RB and WR, anything less will be a failure.

I think you guys need a bad a$$ dual threat that can throw first. All the best O's have had them (Tebow, Cam, Manziel) I hope that will be Harris with us and I know you have one committed that has potential

You seem like a good WVU fan. It's nice to have y'all cranking it up early with us SEC folks.

I actually think if the guy can quit being a douche and start acting classy he would be a pretty good headcoach somewhere. Maybe he can rehab his image at Bama.

I think LSU and Bama will actually be almost identical offensively this year.

Well, considering Saban scripted his comments for him...

I thought Saban would have made him wait until he was a Sophomore before he talked to the media!
