At least Geno is starting to come around. I hated to see Sunseri lined up against a WR.

He has good instincts and good foot work, but he is too slow. A liability every time he is on the field. He is a linebacker trapped in a safeties body.

Yeah..I like Vinnie too...I see the comparison, that's fair, I think he is playing out of position this year too FWIW..

I think he could be similar to craig steltz at SS. Ballhawk, good instincts, strong tackler.

yeah it made me nervous all year as well. I kept waiting for MSU to throw it to Bumphis while Sunseri was on him all day. Vinnie actually defending Bumphis pretty good, although they didnt throw it his way much.

If the pass rush were better he would be just fine. I think guys like Collins or Ha Ha don't need a good pass rush to make the plays.

Landon will be a stud at bama but much like Dre and Barron every time he gets beat or misses a tackle an Lsu fan will start a thread stating how overrated he is.

Sunseri is awful in Man to Man. He got beat on the throw Murray made to the TE on the last UGA drive before the last play. 3rd Qt he tried to cover a WR and the WR just pushed him down...that was the play Geno Smith dove to break up a pass on the sideline
Now zone, run suppport,blitzing or special teams the kid is excellent. I think that why he is so valuable on 1st,2nd and even 3rd down as long as he is the blitzer and not the one who has to cover man to man
