Why was he arrested if he didn't wreck?

I couldn't find any details, I suspect he was doing 20+ over limit

Uh maybe because he was driving wreckless! Hence the term wreckless driving.

You get arrested for that? I thought you just got a big arse ticket.

No big deal, he fell asleep at the wheel .

Unless he was sleeping at the wheel nothing to see here.

Depends on what you were doing.

If he was at Bama we could safely assume that he got that new Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat.
I have no idea how you drive recklessly in MSU cars

Glad you looked it up! You answered your own question. You don't have to wreck to be arrested for "wreckless" driving.

In Alabama, not only can you be arrested the law calls for a minimum of 5 days in jail.
Just excessive speeding and you're probably only getting a citation. Do something really outlandish and you're going to the local county jail.

Had a friend recently get arrested for this... she was testing out her new camaro driving i think maybe 117 or 107 can't remember. she went to jail. pretty sure it is anything 20+ over the speed limit and they can arrest you.
