UGA won in 2013 rather than 2014…you know what you don’t see?

Georgia vs LSU in 2002, 2012, 2017, 2020, 2021 when UGA was a much better team. LSU through no fault of their own has ducked a lot of superior UGA teams the last 20 years.

I'd say averaging 177 yards a game vs 290 yards a game the last 4 games would be struggling, no? 6 tds over 9 games vs 10 the last 4 games? Especially compared to his 378 yards a game in 2019. Just my opinion. Maybe yours is different.

He’s the best coach this season. Even with Saban’s down year - Saban is still the best coach

Post the head to heads the last 20

How about 50? Or 60?

Or maybe we can pick some arbitrary time frame to make us look better?

But if you insist...in the last 20 meetings between the two schools the records are 10-10. Satisfied?

That’s honestly terrifying. 29-1. 25-5 against rivals. Goes to show how much those rivals (we won’t name) have declined AND how much Georgia has just shot the hell up. Kirby brought more of a winning culture and stability than the previous regime, though Richt was solid, but like Miles, often underachieved with talent that was near or on par with Alabama’s during that tenure. 9-10 wins for Georgia and LSU, when it should have been much more in terms of championships. Now, Georgia can say they’re at that level, hoping to see LSU get there in short order under a more competent head coach that establishes stability, culture, and emphasizes players with talent AND character.

Guy gets downvoted for this common sense take lol. Right on though, it’s getting stiffer in the SEC.

Uh, no.

You're going to have to beat LSU in more than 1 SEC Championship to end that entirely truthful narrative.

Yeah, Georgia has to get a few more on the Tigers, just as the Tigers have to get some more on the Tide. It’ll be an interesting decade in the SEC. Whomever comes out on top, yearly, is likely decimating the OOC competition, to be honest, as we have seen over the past what? 20 seasons?

That LSU has a 2 game winning streak against UGA? There is no narrative.

LSU-UGA series in the SEC Championship.

It hasn't been kind to Georgia, but they're probably winning this one.

Why only over 30 games? Title says since he was hired in 2016, that's more than 30 games, n'est pas? What's his record since the hire?

Best coach in CFB right now

Here is an interesting comparison. Obviously Kirby has the edge. Playing Saban for six of those years took its toll on Miles' record.

Les Miles after year 7 (Kirby is in year 6)

75-18 overall record
.806 winning percentage
3x SEC West Champ
2x SEC Champion
National Champion
SEC COTY
5-2 Bowl Record
1-1 in BCS
24-6 over last 30 games
