When stars go down in big games it always changes everything. That's all I'm saying. Kirby and UGA are definitely formidable and they have earned their due. Congrats on back to back. It's inevitable.

ESPN showed a graphic during the game and since Ryan Day has been hired, Ryan Day has the second highest winning percentage in college football aside from Kirby Smart.

Your forgetting Saban took Kirby to the woodshed last year.

Kirby got extremely lucky in the rematch. It wasn't just that Bama lost their two best receivers, it was also the back up receivers dropping several passes that hit them right in their hands.

Bama got very lucky in the first game. That fluke didn’t happen in the rematch.

In the same way AL was very lucky they didn’t have to play Aggie every week. Georgia beat AL because they were better than Alabama. Then GA lost 15 guys to the draft and 5-6 as transfer starters to other SEC schools and they’re undefeated and a 2 TD favorite in the NC game while AL failed to make the playoff or SECC. Time has shown the 2021 SECC to be the outlier.

If I were to concede this nonsense then equally AL was lucky they didn’t lose 4-5 games in 2021 and 2022.

As a whole, Saban is better, but Kirby has done a better coaching job these last 2 years.

You misspelled recruiting.

We had way too many injuries to say something like this.

And we say very little about them. We just keep chopping wood and get the job done. Kirby’s South Georgia strong.

I think you’re often a blowhard and a troll, but Kirby has indeed proven himself to be worthy of accolade.

Saban and Kirby are the best recruiters and coaches. It’s a coincidence.

These are great stats. Hopefully Cousin Eddie wins the natty this year and can pass the likes of Les Miles and Coach O in national titles….. because if they can do it anyone can

It’s my belief he was a major part of Saban’s success

SEC Coach of the Year

bullshite award. I went down the list of some of the guys that have won it and it's hilarious. Also, in 16 years at Alabama Saban has won it 4 times..... 4... Kirby has won it 3 times in 7 years. Makes zero sense.
