Yeah he's only one of five active coaches with a winning record against teams finishing the year as a ranked team.

This feels eerily similar to when lsu fans said they were happy to see Chavis go, and that Steele would do much better with the talent they have.

That's kind of not really true.

The SEC was only playing 6-7 conference games "back in the day" which led to quite a few scheduling gimmies. shite the very fact that the SEC couldn't even be bothered to make everyone play an equal number of conference games is a joke that led to wildly unbalanced schedules.

i keep seeing people say this BS, but we had a 90K stadium before Saban ever coached a game.

We build expansions during 2 losing seasons.
