Completely agree. But you can't threaten to kill someone 
that's not very coach-like.
"i'll fricking kill you" is reserved for when your best friend fricks your wife or something

It's Stallings' program, if he wants to crawl his arse for that behavior then he can.
Could've chosen better on the killing part but it certainly wasn't literal.
If it goes against the character of the program you've established then I don't have a problem with a quick and aggressive solution.
Actions of the Tennessee coach aren't a big deal to me. He that the kid was taunting with his clap and apparently Stallings agreed.

Well it is very coach-like on the inside but in front of the cameras you're supposed to Fulmerize that shite and say something like, "We're gonna work like heck."

Also, let's not pretend that these are grade school or even high school kids (which at HS it's absurd to pretend lil Jane and Johnny don't know swears and cuss like sailors but we do love to pretend). However, once you're in college you're an adult and unless you're attending Oral Roberts or Jerry Falwell U then you should be equipped to handle getting your arse chewed when you screw up and *gasp* cuss words. I don't think Baldwin is so made of glass that it will shatter him to get dressed down by his coach.

Actually our coaches didn't say anything. Stallings heard that one of his players was acting a fool, Stallings asked Ty Proffit (not a coach) who it was, Proffit told him it was Baldwin.
Our coaches didn't whine and bitch, regardless of what that Landmasshole in this thread says.

Like LSU told frank Herron after his issue "you will either be the best conditioned SOB out there, or you will die in the attempt". They're gonna run that kids arse off, which is a great thing. That reality check will pay him in dividends for the rest of his life
