From my experience, not really. TPD is probably one of the more lenient campus police departments in the SEC. They mostly focus on hard drugs and major crimes and let the little stuff slide unless you are being an arse. Guys like Drake and Tony Brown were probably being asses yelling shite at the cops when they could have just "moved along". Now Ole Miss.....that's a different story. Those jokers give out DUI's, PI's, and MIP's like candy.

This. Getting in an officers personal area while he is trying to arrest someone else is gonna always get you arrested. It's a huge threat to the officer's life because he can't arrest someone else and protect his weapon from the bystander yelling shite in his face.
