Yeah, they will most likely fall off from 38-1.

You really should have waited until after Coach Cal gets through picking from the 5*s still left for recruitment. Many of them were waiting to see how many of the bigs left UK for the NBA.

Cal will get another awesome haul, the Cats will make another run at the NC and the new normalcy will persist in college basketball. Well, there's at least a 5/6 chance that it'll be that way.

This is just crazy...

Also there is nothing special about any of your recruits coming in

I also know of at least 1 recruit that has more than likely been waiting to see how many players they send to the NBA.

They had 7 (6 if you don't count Kanter) declare in 2011. Care to enlighten us as to what happened the next season?

What? Who were the other 4 aside from Knight and Liggins?

People forget when Wall, Beldsoe, Boogie, Patterson, and Orton left...the Cats went to the Final 4 the following year.

With Ulis, Alex, Lee, Willis, and Hawkins...adding Skahl (PROJECTED #1), Briscoe (#1 PG), Matthews...and now looking like Newman and Zimmerman with possible Diallo, I think we will be just fine.

I posted a rely on a thread about a week agothat UK was going a merry go round of one year being a good year and the next a great team because of the true frosh in most cases needing the extra year to mature and develop.

Dude you are gonna have to stop adding the H to Skal's name. His last name is hard enough to spell, at least get his first name right.

Ky will be just fine. They will end up with two or three more solid recruits to go along with the three already committed, maybe the big guy that's transferring from Charlotte as well. And with the sad state of CBB right now, they could easily win 30-32 games and make another push to the FF.

We've gone to the Final Four 4 of the last 5 years. Cal's first squad with Wall, Cousins, Patterson etc I would argue is the best team we've had under his watch, and they only made it to the Elite 8.
