Because based on potential he'll get drafted. Otherwise he comes back and plays for his third OC in as many years, which could be a crap shoot (given how things went this year).
He still has the tools. We'll see how much of it was our OC this year and the lack of a line (which caused him to be banged up all season).

Yeah, no surprises here. Hopefully he plays in the bowl game, but I won't hold my breath.
