What exactly is it that they hope to accomplish? If the aim is just to be crybabys and piss people off, they are succeeding. Otherwise, they have successfully tried to destroy cities, stop interstates, tear down historical monuments, impact sports... I STILL have NO IDEA what it is that they want to be done. Usually there is a point to protests (end the war, release the prisoner, etc.).
