I'd bet the sign really was made by some UK fraternity boys; but #doit4state seems to just be a generic collegeTwitter / YouTube / Snapchat / Tumblr hashtag - State isn't State Street in Lexington, it's an old euphemism for a college, especially a large public university

This sign is disgusting. Whoever wrote it should be forced into hard labor to help those effected by hurricane irma.

Maybe I've become desensitized to stuff like this, but I really don't see it as all that bad. Am I a monster? Maybe.
