Didn't read the whole thread but the OP is exactly right.
They had like 2-3 shot clock violations or throwing up junk with like a second left with like 4 min. left up by 2.
Unfathomable he would start trying to waste time at that junction of the game with a team that was playing really solid offensive basketball going against a team also playing really good basketball.
