teams park 2-3 guys in the paint and watch them just stay there.

I feel like I only see that these days when a team just can't shoot. Not a whole lot of majority zone teams.

Freedom of movement only makes sense if the refs are good enough to consistently call it

NCAA refs can't. It is better to consistently swallow the whistle than inconsistently make calls. Teams have no idea what is /isn't a foul

This is changing with the new rules. Zones help reduce fouls you see in man to man

We need refs to work on simple basics like consistency. One trip a guy is getting hacked to hell under the basket. The next if you simply go up for the rebound someone is getting whistled. Hard to get players to adjust when they don't ever know how things will get called from play to play or from crew to crew.

They need more training and NCAA won't provide it. They want more scoring but anything is better than this.

Ingram doing his best Ingram impression. Dribbling under the basket and throwing it away.

And how did the ref with the worst view call that foul on Davis?

Consistency in calls would be nice.

fricking Briscoe under the board. I bet he has missed so many shots or gets it blocked.

He got contact, but he was just in a bad spot with the way that play went down.
