C Murder isnt even a top 10 rapper from Louisiana. Most people born after 1986 are much more familiar with boosie/webbie than they are C murder.

Boosie and webbie are badazz, you should know them if u know UGK. Port Arthur and Baton Rogue are basically neighbors in the rap game.
UGK especially PIMP C is the best though. As well as HAWK and Fat Pat, Big Moe.
