No, he isn't a generational welfare leeching POS. He is the type of man that will find other employment.

Unlike the racist scum that applaud the racism that got him fired.

No. Company does not equal government.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

This has NOTHING to do with Alabama or SEC sports. Guy is wearing a Bama Hat, that is all. This should be on the OT or political board.

I make fun of the folks at media days, the running of the Gumps, the hypocrites of Bama football, but this should be moved to the OT board.

So bosses can fire someone for a bumper sticker? Music in the car? Where does it stop? I think this isn't legal, and if it is, it shouldn't be

Yes it is completely legal.

Unbelievable that some can't comprehend this. If I showed up at my job wearing a "frick bitches, get money" tshirt, they'd either fire me right away or tell me to go home, change and never wear it again.

It's my right to wear it, but it's their right to tell me to gtfo.

Right! Because historical flags equal vulgar t-shirts with offensives slurs about women.

Did he wear the flag into work? Would your company fire you for a bumper sticker?

The Nazi flag is a historical flag. Should he be able to fly that on his car in the parking lot?

Yes, we call it the First Amendment.

Should he be able to fly or wear the X of Malcolm X? A racist who preached that White people were devils.

How about the black flag of Islam? Can he be fired for his religion?

At what point does it become discrimination or racism?

If they fired him for his actions/displays outside their property in a private setting(if it was religious based).

See the company's first amendment rights supersede his, on their private property.

The First Amendment does not restrict private companies.
