Yes Dan Mullen had to make it interesting at the end by taking the foot off the gas. And it would've been the so MSU way to blow that game by losing on a desperation pass at the end. But have y'all listened to anybody outside of LA not say that the score was in no way indicative of how badly y'all's asses were whipped? It was so bad we went from unranked to 14 and y'all dropped NINE spots. Look at the stats. Watch your crowd in the 3rd quarter. Watch your defensive players drop like flies even the ones Day didn't step on. Its called butt hurt and LSU fans don't know how to deal with losses very often. Believe me, we know how losses like this feel and look for ways to deflect too. It's natural really. Bottom line is this, the gif from overhead that is making the rounds appears doctored to me. I rewatched the game and watched it several times to see if I can tell if it was intentional or not. Could Day have avoided him more? Possibly But he isn't Charles Barkley and has great jumping ability. I'm not too sure he could've gone far enough in the air to put that foot on the ground And he may have been thinking the same thing. All I know is there are 3 or 4 other LSU players right there and none of them got pissed he had done it. The 2nd one I don't see anyway he could have intentionally stepped on dudes dick going as fast as he was when he jumped. The only thing we know for certain is that he definitely earned the late hit one. I agree there. But to prove or suspend him from that video would be hard to do. But this is MSU and not Bama or Auburn or LSU. So Slive will probably revoke his scholarship and forfeit our win.

I'm not going to defend the guy or judge him...either way, next time he "accidentally" lands on someone's midsection with his cleats, I wouldn't feel one bit upset if that said person breaks his ankle.

He's not going to be suspended. They are not worried about it. We contacted them about it before they even got to us. They know that it wasn't intentional & realize that other teams are getting kind of scared of us & this stuff comes with the territory.

Again, There IS.. for a fact, prepared video footage and stills. Day isn't likely to be punished for and LSU player rolling over more than 3 feet after Day was in the air!

Sorry you don't like that.

I just don't understand how anyone could even question whether or not it was accidental. It was easy for me to tell he did it on purpose.

It's ok to say both "we whipped your arse" and "Dillon played like a tPOS." Both are true. Whatever lingering angst you have at LSU for their sins of the past isn't removed by lying to yourself.

Say it with me
"We whipped their arse."
"Dillon played like a tPOS."

See? That was easy. And cathartic, right?

Dude, you are trying way too hard. Day did his deeds.

And it's not about butthurt. I had LSU going 9-3 last year preseason, with losses to Ga, Bama, and Ole Miss.

I had LSU losing 4 before this year(now think it could hit five), even if they would've started 5-0 or 6-0.

Every guy in BR with a gambling opinion worth salt, loved MSU +10, most I know loved them outright, and bet them hard. Aka, sensible LSU fans knew the Wiscy rally foreboding confirmation of a greenhorn team with an SEC learning curve forthcoming, thus not as upset as you suspect, sans certain aspects of the game.

If there is any team in the West that I would want to win the SEC West in 2014, if it can't be my LSU Tigs, it's MSU.

But, Day is a dirtbag, and deserves punishment by Mullen and/or the SEC Office. His lying letter only further incriminates his lack of character.

His size, with those shoes, could have easily caused hernia, rupture,etc..totally unacceptable!

I'll ask one more time since you have yet to answer...

Do you believe all three incidents are coincidental?

It's pretty obvious Day put impetus in his landing when he saw the LSU player there.

Are you 15 years old?

There's a reason this guy is covered in tats and wears a wig.

He was suspended last year for the same offense. He did it twice in this game' and added a late hit for good measure.

I was looking forward to seeing how Miss St matches up to A&M at full strength, but it really shouldn't shock anyone that a guy with his character would jeopardize his team's chances with these selfish acts.

Slive and Shaw would be crucified without taking action on this. I fully expect an announcement as soon as tmrw that he is hereby suspended for the Alabama game.

Seriously, I'm expecting multiple games due to his prior suspension. Miss St has less markers than LSU when it comes to Birmingham.

Not sure what all the need to know is, but stick around a while and we'll revisit soon.

And none of you have a problem with that GIF being in slow motion, then sped up to look like he's stomping on him, then slowed down again?

Good grief...
