There are enough Level 1's not even counting LL for the NCAA to triple OM's self-imposed penalties. State will get penalized exactly zero scholarship losses, zero bowl bans, and zero show causes or suspensions.

This might surprise you but all I care to see happen is the punishment (if any) is commensurate with the transgressions (if any). I do say it's not looking too good for a light sentencing though.
