It was a tough year, personnel wise for Grant. 3 new recruits and 2 transfers will help out a lot next year. Returning 4 starters, but I doubt a couple of those will keep their jobs. Pearl is 1-1 vs. Grant.

I must have missed all of the "racial backlash" when Battle fired Wendell Hudson, who just happened to be the first black basketball player at Alabama. And our Women's basketball were in a worse state then our men's team.

The thing about basketball is that you don't have to go anywhere to become a big dog. He can make Auburn a big dog. Look at Florida.
But, can he recruit that kind of talent to Auburn? I give him about a 5% chance of accomplishing that.

We are two hrs from ATL, a city he has always recruited well. It will be a fast turn around.

He would still be a AU tiger. UA's facilities are lagging behind, and that is a big issue.
