That's awesome.

you can watch the pro bowl while we watch the college football playoff

BTW we've beaten:
UGA 3 straight
LSU 5 straight

If Miles getting players ready for the pro's is good for you then amen.
I'll take Saban getting ours ready for our next SEC game.

And about 40 of those yards were against Norman. The rest were on Finnegan.

Kinda of the opposite though right? All that pro-bowl level talent over the years and nothing to show for it at the collegiate level. Glad the NFL coaches were able to look beyond how poorly Miles and Richt developed these guys in college and were then able to get these guys to reach their maximum potential.

Um the pro bowl isn't on during the college football playoff

And why do you care about LSU and UGA's accomplishments enough to write about Alabama even though they are irrelevant to the topic at hand?

Another insecure Bama fan sad that his team wasn't mentioned in a thread

BTW, NFL player development has little to no correlation to overall team accomplishments at the collegiate level. If that were the case, shouldn't Bama have more than 1 pro bowler on their roster?

Georgia has some great players in the NFL and the only time I give a shite is if they play for the Falcons. Sure I hope they play well but at the end of the day that is where it ends. I'm not changing NFL teams because of one player. Every team in the SEC has put successful players in the NFL. Every college team has busts from their school.

These two schools are definitely the class of the SEC when it comes to player development.

I will never understand this argument, especially from L5U fans.

Oh ok, congrats on UNDERPERFORMING as a team in college then. But y'all are right, Les Miles is a great coach and L5U is a great program. Just not in college, only AFTER they leave your school?!

Such a counter-productive argument for their cause... and they don't even get it.

Lets get this Gump point of view straight:

Former player from UAT does well then there are 35 posts bragging on said player as if he's the greatest thing on Earth.

Posters from other SEC schools post similar thing about players from their school doing well in NFL, the Gumps have a meltdown since the thread isn't kissing their rear end.

Who? Not from me? Only times I've seen posts about Bama players is from L5U fans trying to find a single shred of a point to make fun of the school... by cherry picking a select few that haven't done as good as their round selection in the draft.

Hardly. Most of your players that have graduated or are current players, including the fans, get a hard on about exclaiming that L5U is "DBU" and all that bullshite. Meanwhile, you're playing Texas Tech on a Tuesday night on Dec. 29th.

That's fricking embarrassing.
