Interesting how much LSU fans hate Bama. I Understand the "rivalry"last few years but damn,ya'll mad. Auburn/Tenn fans better pick up your game.
I think we're more mad at the sequence of events that allowed Bama to succeed in the last 5 or 6 years.
Even with Lord Saban, Alabama has still needed its share of luck, bounces, and wildly biased BCS Human Votes the last few years.
Too I think the "hate" is magnified by how truly close LSU is to being Alabama the last three years: an Okie State missed FG vs Iowa State in '11 and an Alleman missed FG vs Bama on 11/3.

This I can understand. Hating Bama so much as to even suggest not spending money in the state on a vacation is a little over the top,IMO

Actually, not spending money in the state on vacation makes sense to me.

I think if LSU goes up 20-14 and kicks off, more time runs off and we would have had the momentum and the clock on our side. You had no time outs and would have had to start at your 20 or maybe even worse.
But instead, Alabama had all the momentum when Alleman missed with no time lost. Our D was thrust into a difficult situation.

Seriously, I distinctly remember half of the Bama fanbase on the rant jumping off the ship in the 4th quarter of that game. I was really pissed off at some of my fellow gumps. Now, of course, that never happened.
