That Taco Mac is incredibly, incredibly small. Midtown one is better.

Brick Store is >>> Porter, IYAM. The porter is even more cramped than the Brick Store, and the waitress are total counts to anyone with a collared shirt (as you'd expect in L5P)

those hipster waitresses are more hostile towards a normally dressed guy such as myself. Seems counterintuitive since they'd paint us as the yuppy assholes, but.... whatever. Good eats and brews, that's for sure.
ETA: It's only the ugly ones. The hot ones are used to being chatted up.

Taco Mac in the Highlands is on the SW corner of the Virginia and Highlands intersection. It's small so its really only fun when you go at off times. But I did pick up a hot waitress there once 
ETA: The midtown one is on Peachtree Street just south of 10th. Even though its much further from me (still close though) I go there because they have space.

Taco mac in Va Hi is solid but for the most part you can do much better.

I'm on the Highland Tap, Brickstore Pub and Porter committee for out of town visitors.
Taco Mac Midtown has a lot of beers and TV's though.
You LSU guys should check out Fontaines if you wanna feel a little more home away from home

Except on Sundays. I hate going there then because there's always a long wait and I hate sitting at tables plus there's never any room at the bar. I like getting there around five when the bar is empty.
