Just disband and absorb the Big 12. Go to 4 conferences with 16 teams each.
4 Texas schools to Pac-12
OU and OSU to SEC
kU and K-St to B1G
WVU and Iowa ST? to ACC
4 champions go to a playoff.

and divisions basically make it an 8 team playoff. This is what needs to happen.

Rather see,
- Big 12 forced to add 2 to 4 teams and get a conference championship
- Every conference play 9 games
- Expand the playoff to 8 (5 conference champions and 3 at large teams)
