Buga may very well go for 300, but it won't be because of Chavis. He has no control over the fact that our only linebacker worth a shite went down early. I'm expecting to rake in future recruits on Chavis' reputation alone.

LSU played Notre Dame on the 3rd

Jimbo hired on the 8th

And he actually coached the game like he gave a shite.

Really? seems like y'all can't stop the run for shite.

But i am sure your lone three star LB recruit will fix that problem next year.

They're not running at Mack. They're running at our pass rush specialist DEs that have a tendency to get too deep and lose containment.

Shouldn't have allowed him to leave. Should have gotten rid of your OC instead. Les would still have a job, the poor bastard.

Besides, a ton of you were so happy with snagging Steele.

Not future, but the writing was on the wall with the contracts. This was set in motion last year, now that Les has lost 3 in a row its their way out. Which is bush league imo. You let this shite leak out, you don't think that stuff gets into a players head?

While LSU matches up better against tamu, I just don't expect this team to come out with fire like they did the first half of the season. LF needs 105 yards to break LSUs single season rush record. I think he gets that, but that may be the only thing to cheer about on Saturday for the Tigers.

Our pass d would most likely be better, but not run d. LSUs d has had moments of stellar play, but then they give up a big play. I still give Steele a pass. We have improved in some aspects, but gotten worse in others.

Chavis best d at LSU was in his 3rd year. Scheme had to be implemented. But his D started getting worse, lack of dline and linebacker recruiting. So again, I think the pass d would be much better, run d prob worse.

Lewis Neal barely saw the field under chavis, now he's our best dlinemen. How does that happen?
