Don’t want this to get lost in the shuffle of the weekend but this guy deserves a ton of credit.

In his second start ever (on the road too) goes 31-40 for 382 yards and 4 TDs (0 INTs). And he leads the offense down to the field with 2 minutes left to throw the game winning TD to DK Metcalf with 5 seconds left.

This is all coming from a guy who had 0 offers coming out of high school in Hawaii as a full qualifier. Went the JUCO route and sat behind Patterson until the injury gave him a chance.

He deserves some sort of player of the week award.

He really does. If only Ole Miss had a defense y'all could be a top 25 team

Credit to Ole Miss, if you're going to be bad, be a fun bad team and they are.

Should've been recruited by TAAMU.

He's a good QB.

It's true. They have a high powered offense with big strong wider receivers. They just need to prevent people from scoring against them so much

Ta’amu is fun to watch. He doesn’t play scared. The only difference between him and Shae is the deep ball. Impressed by Freeze’s ability to get good QBs on campus. Too bad he couldn’t stick around to coach them

Dont want to get lost in the shuffle but this guy deserves a ton of credit.....

We will probably get skull drug by BAMA this saturday but we should take care of Arkansas the next Saturday, but yes Ole Miss is lurking in the egg bowl who we beat by 5 touchdowns last year , still has one of the best receiving crews in college..... Ta`amu has me worried a little. This will be the last year in atleast 4 yall have a chance to beat us though. Yall better bring it on Thangsgiving!,,,,

We can’t stop the run so we don’t have a chance against the dawgs this year. Fitz won’t have to throw to win unless y’all turn the ball over 5 times. We won’t be able to keep your offense off the field.

We will put up 30-35 against you’ll in the Egg but still lose by 30. Just rest easy and don’t worry about us. Now this week, with Bama down 4 line backers, you’ll may crack 10pt barrier.

If he played the whole game vs LSU I would have been a bit scared. From the little bit we saw he was good

Yeah he has one year left but if the ncaa drops the 2 year bowl ban on us he might transfer too after showing what he can do. Both he and Shea could walk in and start at over half the other SEC schools right now haha.

He's the best QB on the Ole Miss roster.

He is good and fun to watch but I think the receiving corps makes him look good at times.
