I am not sure why bammers pick on Harvey Updyke by using him as an example of your lunatic fan base. You have had fans do worse things. The woman who killed her friend after the kick six is just one example

LSU kicked the tires on Taylor but it never got to an offer! Maybe Les called Richt to get his opinion.

It really is an awful situation all around. I did not want Taylor in the first place, but once the decision was made to accept him, he became part of the team. Either his past is forgiven or it is not. So now it looks like the right thing to do for JT is to bring him back (if the girl truly is lying), but the best thing for the program is to wash its hands clean of him and move on.

Quick question, have the prior charges been settled in court yet?

Nope. So he isn't guilty of anything yet?

LOL, the entire community came down on her and her dad basically apologized to the Bama nation for her daughter getting smacked.

Upshaw didn't smack her. She started hitting on him in some parking lot and he fended her off and pushed her head toward the ground as she was going ballistic on him. He never "hit" her or instigated the event. Yes he should have just walked away, but this myth that he slapped some girl around was started by Auburn fans. Upshaw was very little trouble at Bama and from all accounts he has been a very good citizen in the NFL. If Auburn fans want to paint him into some domestic abuse monster go right ahead, but you are all fricking morons.

I saw earlier in this thread where you are actually capable of logical and rational thought.

Then you turn around and make a post like this in the same thread and I realize you are nothing more than a highly functioning retard.

Since you were there, I assume you gave a statement to the police.

Why didn't you take pictures?

Gonna need proof of the 'highly functioning' part.

True, but by the same logic the kid kicked off for weed has not had his day in court yet. I was just curious if the DV case had already been settled or was still pending...

Based on the "visible marks to her" and the "damage that was observed" at the residence, Hart said there was sufficient evidence for the initial charges against Taylor

this dude should get arrested...ridiculous that this gets fixed so easily. Hopefully she at least got money and not just threatened into recanting her story

That "IMO" makes your post irrelevant, butt-monkey.
