Seems to be a couple of noteworthy programs not on the list.

How does one make this list with a ton of transfers still to be made? Seems like a pointless waste of time.

I googled the list and apparently it's a fluid thing as folks transfer.

And considering the two teams he's pointing out as not being there had coaching changes and full roster overhauls, it's even more pointless until we're much closer to the season starting. But I'll digress.

Why the hell would anyone bother to put together a top 45 list at this point in the year?
