We just need to get Shumpert out of the starting RB position. Seriously the other guys are much better and he is the only weak spot on the offense. Our Oline's protection of Dak last night was very good, they're improving every week.

Not so much a talent issue as it appears to be a mental one. The guy runs to the line of scrimmage and nearly always stops or stutter-steps looking for the homerun hole rather than taking the 3-4 yards given to him.
Our small quick guy hit the line of scrimmage with much more determination than he did last night. If he could get it through his skull that it is ok to take what they give you and try to fall forward then he would be a pretty good running back.

I think y'all have a good team, but I stated you guys will struggle against teams that can run power. Looked all too familiar.
