My initial point is lost in that statement.

It's the same with basketball. Look at the difference in Anthony Davis' strength from when he was at UK to his first year in the NBA.

No. Not anywhere near as much a physical difference as there is in football. It's why Highschool bball players can go straight to the NBA.

Yea but football is about 90% physical ability and 10% skill (most positions). Basketball is the opposite.

The Sixers could name the score. These hypotheticals are silly.

Jacksonville would beat an SEC all star team by 50. Anyone who thinks otherwise is not being logical.

Basketball and football aren't exactly comparative sports. But Alabama's entire 2011 defense is in the NFL and either starting or a major contributor. The entire 2012 offensive line is on a two deep in the NFL. There were 9 total first round picks on those teams.

That doesn't mean shite, clown. Bama's entire 2011 defense and entire 2012 offensive line would've gotten crushed by any NFL team's practice squad.

What I always wonder is if this is a one game scenario or a multiple game scenario. I think if you have Kentucky play the Sixers 100 times, UK wins at least once. So theoretically they could compete, but most of the time they would not be close.

bullshite. The only way UK would stand a chance in even one game is with SEC refs and a hefty money line.

It's just dumb to think that any college team, basketball or football, could defeat an NBA or NFL team. UK could maybe keep the score in the low double digits but win? No, I don't think so.

Um, double digits go up to 99 so 25 would be low don't you think?

You really think UK could take an NBA team to 99 as the scale? No wonder you frickin wackos cling to basketball like an Ethiopian to a flank steak.

None of us claimed the '04 class could hang with an NBA team. The Sixers would roll you guys by 60 even with the bench starting.

Before I move one millimeter past the op, I'm going to guess that at least one Bama fan is entertaining the idea that one of the recent Gump football teams could have competed against an NFL team.

You are correct sir, and many Gump football fans happen to be UK basketball fans too, go figure

Oh no, we got the point. You are a dumbass.

UK cannot beat an NBA team.
Gumps could not beat an NFL team.

I think baseball is the most likely for a college team to win...
Take worst MLB team without a dominant ace and a great college team with a real hot #1 starter and it is the most likely of the top three sports...not very probable though...
