Even though not an Alabama fan, I found this skit to be not very funny, belonging in SNL's famous last half-hour of failure.
Borat's visit to Alabama was much funnier edgier.
If you want to make fun of the South, this SNL gem did it much better and with an odd, bizarre twist. Well worth sitting through the commercial.

Maybe I missed the latest news or something but dogs Bama do anything to warrant this skit or is it just making fun of football players and colleges?

Mother fricking this considering the majority of the players are black (and likely voted democrap). That's exactly what I thought upon the initial viewing. The majority of the players they're insulting aren't white and yet, in typical libtard fashion, they make a minor tweak of the race to fit their agenda. This script just writes itself.
