Year 1 at Bama Nick was 7-6 (4-4) and in 5th place in the west. At the ripe old age of 56 Saban was embarking on a 2nd go around at a major program after winning a title at another stop.

Year 1 at A&M Jimbo is 8-4 (5-3) and in 2nd place in the west. At the young age of 53 Fisher is also embarking on a 2nd go around at a major program after winning a title at another stop.

So undefeated season next year, obviously, and I guess a playoff appearance and maybe a loss in the title game?

Then year 3, 15-0, I guess, to tie (also you get to beat Texas in the national title).

Saban left LSU at an elite level. Fisher left FSU in a pile of shite.

We play Bama, Georgia, and Clemson. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th best teams next year. Good thing we'll be #1.

Remove the JFF factor. That team probably goes 5-7 without him.

Remove the Jameis Winston factor and Fisher is Sumlin 2.0

Did Sumlin have multiple 10-12 win seasons, top 10 finishes, division titles, and a conference title without Johnny? Because Mr. Fisher sure did without Winston.
