Zook and Muschamp are a lot more likeable than McElwain. Threats are still ridiculous though. Probably just a drunk “fan”.

There's gallows humor and then there are other circumstances.
Most people are genuinely concerned that Bert is about to clutch his chest and keel over at any second. They don't want to be that last guy in a game of morbid musical chairs, the last one to make a "Die Bert" comment gets quoted all over social media
