FWIW, Manziel is punk figgot whereas I'd probably enjoy hitting the town with Garcia.

Garcia is also a better quarterback

That's what I was thinking earlier today as well.
Although we'll see if Johnny Drama gets nabbed by a coach the night before a bowl game, drunk and banging two chicks. Ellis yelled, and then walked his arse to the treadmill and just made that fricker run.

ETA: I see more people know about that on here than I thought.

What? The only quarterback I can recall with the pocket presence and raw ability that a once in a decade player like Garcia - Scott Tolzien, Wisconsin 07-10

Manziel hasn't even begun to enter Garcia territory. Manziel is a partier with a douche streak. Garcia was a criminal with multiple offenses and a drug/alcohol problem.

bullshite. Garcia is no more of a criminal than jff. Garcia got in trouble for a bunch of things that jff has gotten free passes for. They seem to be equally douchie, jff is the better football player, but lets be realistic here.

Pocket presence as the standard, Matthew Stafford. Case closed.

I'd advise you to watch some Tolzien youtube vids. My god what a talent. I don't see how you could even argue after seeing what he's done with that young Tampa Bay Buccaneer squad

He vandalized a Clemson professors care and pissed in public shortly followed by running from the police.

Manziel got caught with a fake.

While I wouldn't call Garcia a criminal Manziel certainly has some ground to make up. Garcia managed to do all that in his first year on campus

I still think one of his best one's was telling the the AD's wife to shut up and she didn't know what she was talking about. That was during the NCAA compliance officer visit and they were using him as the example of what not to do in a room of players.

It probably didn't help that he had been drinking before that meeting at Kyle Nunn's birthday lunch.

I still have no idea why they would choose him as an example when they knew he was going to be there.

exactly, they knew that was antagonizing. They were trying to bring in real examples that the players in the room could relate too. They were either:
a: hoping that he was just going to let it roll off and forget about it.
b: trying to push his buttons.

The runner-up was a linebacker with an imaginary dead girlfriend. Its fair to say the field was weak

I feel like if only Garcia just had a few yell leaders on the side line for encouragement then his performance would have increased exponentially to Heisman caliber. Guess we'll never know what could have been.
