Not him. He would just bring his unused Auburn's in trouble lotion and get us both in even more trouble.

Not that many of you will understand this, but this article breaks down why 30 reps at 225 does not take away from Jesse's accomplishments this off-season. It also explains how this is not a dissappointing outcome.

quote:

The expected outcome of this experiment is that the subjects who had the highest muscular strength in lab six will perform the worst in the muscular endurance lab because they will be type II fiber dominant.

quote:

The data shown illustrates almost exactly what was hypothesized. Subject one produced the most force and was the first male to reach failure. This makes perfect sense, seeing as his training status says that he is an elite powerlifter, and powerlifters are only concerned with their maximal force production (i.e., lifting the most amount of weight possible). He is type II fiber dominant and produced 220 N more force than the second strongest male participant. The time to failure was 3:33, which was about half a minute faster than the next strongest participant.

So because you're fb friends with a HOF'er, that somehow means you have more exercise physiology knowledge than me, who possesses both a Bachelors and Masters in Exercise Phys and Sports Sciences, and who has worked in a NCAA Division I weightroom?

Oh okay. All because you walked-on 30 years ago. Fantastic.

btw I hope you misspelled flea because you were trying to sound extra corndoggish

yup.....you pegged me.

BTW, you're still wrong. I know it hurts, but just accept it, Monkeydick.

Oh, HOF'er(s) was plural......since you caught my spelling error, I felt the need to point out your lack of comprehension.

Lastly, Jesse does NOT truly bench press 600lbs. BOOM!

Charles was a fat OL who sat the bench in LSU's Curly Hallman glory days, which apparently gives him more internet credibility than anybody this site has ever seen

You know who I am talking about... The trainers or experts who end up telling you that you are doing everything wrong, but you know you are right because you've had someone who actually knows what they are doing tell you the right way. And he's stuck in some routine from 1987 that involves a diet with 5 raw eggs for breakfast.

I have never seen that before....

Oh shite guys look at this "legend". Jesse doesn't bench 600, he's seen it live!

Max bench =/= reps of 225. If anyone important questions it I bet he'd do it once to prove it to them, but he sure as hell doesn't care what you think, especially if you played football at LSU.

I don't know what's more pathetic, you're use of the word monkeydick as if it's a legitimate insult, or your constant gripping to the suggestion that you knowing HOF'erS somehow qualifies your knowledge of exercise physiology.

You're on here claiming to be somebody who's "been there" when really you just come off as a bench-warming has-been and while I actually put up something that has scientific value, your best response is...well...monkeydick.

And lastly, you don't know wtf Jesse benches. You're making assumptions off of your alleged acquaintances and your time spent sitting 2nd on the squad team depth chart a couple decades ago.

Oh I almost forgot, as you so eloquently put...BOOM!
