The man has experience with these type situations.
Be honest with you, I think he deserves a huge pay day. Plus after Arkansas and Louisville he probably still has a lot of red in his closet he was keeping as mementos.

If I'm an up and coming coach, there is no way I go to Ole Miss. That is a terrible situation all the way around, and the NCAA chicks haven't even come home to roost, yet.
At this point, it's not Ole Miss "taking a shot" on a coach, it's a coach taking a shot on the Ole Miss job. It's not about what Ole Miss has to lose, but rather what a coach has to lose by being associated with that odious train wreck of a program.

And that's USC. They still bring in amazing talent and play in a weaker conference.
