Hill is the best back we have had since 2003. Elite vision and balance. At 235 pounds, it's absolutely amazing how much break away speed he has.
He could sneak into the first round. Don't know if he's better then gurley. Watched Georgia against USCe and he looked quite frightening.
I will say, hill is pretty damn consistent.
