Title IX department apparently didn’t have a problem with him playing, given the information they were provided at the time.
They didn’t follow their own reporting procedures. They tried to hide it, and being a backup is totally irrelevant. Why does it matter if he’s a backup or not? It was also reported to the Police in October 28 for case 1, and 2nd rape was reported in November 28th. This kid was trouble had already been reinstated from suspension earlier in the season. Your coach is jsut a piece of shite. Keep on defending rape predator like you defending Burton for slapping a female.
What do you Bama fricks have against women?

Enjoy your losses.
Bama will be 9-3 this year missing the CFP again. UT will finish ahead of Bama this year.

This board is trying so hard to convince themselves that Bama dominance is over.

I’m sorry to be the one to tell you, but that whole book you wrote trashing Bama’s new football coach, isn’t going to fix your 1-16 record vs Bama in the last 17 meetings

How many rape cases has Heupal solved in recent years?

So the police couldn't find enough evidence to charge him, but the coaches and school should have?
Washington University, CSI - Football division.
Can't wait to see the episodes. Big game on Saturday night, but we need to solve this rape case before practice! Deboer is just about to sit down and review film, when suddenly a big break in the case comes in, and we see him driving across town to follow the lead. She's not being helpful, but with some smooth talking, they are able to get the evidence they need. The day is saved!

So you don't believe in one of the bedrocks of the American justice system? If people like you had their way I guess we should just do away with trials in this country. If you are accused then you are now guilty and can just be sentenced without due process. You might want to move to Russia or China.

Meanwhile, Tennessee football will be going for their 26th straight year without making the playoffs.

I find it more interesting that rival fans are so ate up, so broken, that they’re willing to resort to using rape (committed by someone completely unaffiliated by UA, mind you), in an attempt to troll us.
That is pretty bizarre. There is an appropriate level of social sanctioning that should be levied towards the OP, who is no doubt using a UT handle to mask his identity.
It's never stopped Alabama fans from using rape as a means to troll a rival fanbase.
Why is the crimson club so hypocritical?

De Laura, who is entering his second season at Arizona, had a civil complaint filed against him in December 2021—a month before he transferred to the UA from Washington State—that claimed he and a teammate at St. Louis School in Honolulu sexually assaulted a classmate in a parking garage following a playoff game in 2018. The complaint claimed de Laura, who was a minor at the time, pled guilty to, and was convicted of, sexual assault, but was not given a jail sentence.

DeBoer took over a team that went to the CFP
Big difference

He's already settling into his average of losing 3-4 games a year like he did at Notre Dame. He's only been blown out 5 times since taking over. Glad LSU fans are so ecstatic over this improvement.
