They prob don't slap cuffs on you and throw you in a cruiser for stealing less than $100. IE they write a ticket for misdemeanors.

Would honestly not be surprised if this was an excuse given, as though all supermarkets and eateries within a 50 mile radius of every university wee put on notice that athletes may take and eat as they please.

This was clearly a coreographed job by the TPD. They told Jameis to go steal something - ANYTHING - and he decided to walk out with crab legs. Draw your own conclusions.
