Won't matter. 16 pts against Florida before the offense got a first down!

You beat the best team you played this year scoring all of your points in a quarter where your QB threw ONE pass and it was incomplete.

I think you'll manage just fine.

And what I mean is that u only have to replace his feet.

Put in a backup. They haven't left yet.

If you're talking about during the playoffs, then we put in Bateman.

Bastard. I'm too sleep deprived to have that last word on the second line.

And the answer is Cooper Bateman. It's not a great answer. But it's the same as it's been all season. We're just glad our backup isn't going to be a walk on.

Bateman is staying for the playoffs.

If you mean next year, then one of the two 4 freshmen I suppose. Who knows, it's possible that one of them may be even better, and then never relinquish the starting job. It's not likely, but it's possible. Who, at this time last year, would have thought Jalen Hurts would be the starter after the first game and be undefeated?

Run the same offense with Cooper Bateman with more emphasis on the backs.

Less dynamic but still serviceable with our defense.

Not to forget, our running backs have been looking very good lately. I can't say for certain who is #1, 2 , or 3. They're all about equal, though with different skill sets.

Our line and backs have been outstanding the last 6 weeks. Cooper will run the same read option stuff, throw the same safe routes and have trouble throwing down field. He won't provide the dynamic running and won't present a threat on the read as much as Jalen does, but I'm confident he would be able to hold serve enough to compete.

It would be much tougher against a team like Clemson, though.

Both transferring QBs are staying through the playoffs (or at least 1 is). Otherwise, this(which has been practiced):

quote:

Line A. Stewart up as QB and run Harris/Scarbrough/Jacobs till their legs fall off.

hand the ball off to the RBs 50 times a game.

This is what we should be doing, anyway.
