I think Fournette putting up those numbers against a high school team hurt him. Hurd at least put them up against a lower quality D1 opponent.

i understand what you are saying but he didnt actually put anything up.
And SHSU is a top tier FCS. They're not on Arkansas State's level, but they're not a glorified HS team either.

I wouldn't get too worked up about it they gave DPOTW to Cliff Coleman which doesn't make a whole bunch of sense to me either

it's a pretty meaningless award. im not worked up over it. just had me wondering if they punished him over the pose. i think it played a role.

Hurd runs too upright. Dude will never be a gamebreaker either, does not have the jets. 5 Star? You tell me, but he looks average at best. Straight ahead is his only option. Dude may be too tall to be a great RB.

what are you talking about? he called them a HS team. I was pointing out they arent anywhere close to that. they have been in the FCS championship 2 of the last 3 years. I dont think they're as good this year as those teams but they're still probably top 10-15 in FCS.

WTF are you even talking about? Have you seen him run? Dude breaks 3-4 tackles on almost every run. It's not his fault our line can't block shite and he gets hit behind the line of scrimmage.
He's the fastest player on the team moron
