meh, this was supposed to be a down year for A&M. Its not like there were high expectations coming in. We weren't ranked 8th preseason or anything like that.

yeah. I think our preseason ranking last year was in the top 15 (dont remember exact no.). however Sherman is now gone for it.

We weren't awful last year. I really think if we had Larry Jackson last year we would've won the Big XII.

true, but we wouldnt be awful if we had Petrino. May not have beaten Bama but certainly not look this bad

Those are two very important facts that are overlooked about us this year. Our defense is far better in this new scheme.
We are also not going to get out hustled as far as physical conditioning goes. The difference between our cardio this year and last is night and day difference..
