Kirby is more successful, Gus has actually been a head coach (though not a major program, Ark St is the second biggest team in the state)

Kirby is successful as Sabans secretary. Smart could turn out to be a fine coach. No One knows for sure until he takes over something sans Saban. We can talk when that happens.
