No kidding. CFB will be lucky if they ever get another announcer like Jackson. I hated when the SEC lost him as an announcer for their games when the networks cut to conference affiliations.

What sucks even worse than Verne and Gary, is the fact that when Verne retires in a couple of year's Tim Brando will take over for him.Tim Brando and Gary Danielson in a booth together makes me cringe just thinking about it.

No. It's not. It is however, one of the most irritating cliches announcers use. What's some of the sayings that announcers use during the game or after certain plays that get on your nerves?
